Ans- The two strange things the  guru and his disciple found  in the kingdom of fools were- First  the king had ordered to change night into day and day into night. They would all thereby, work at night and sleep during the day. Secondly, the cost of everything was same, a single duddy.

Q-2 Who were the two strangers ? Why were they amazed ?
Ans- The two  strangers were the wise guru and his disciple. They were damaged to see that no one was out in the city when it was day time.

Q- 3 Why does disciple decideto stay in the Kingdom of Fools ? Is it a good idea ?
Ans- The disciple was very happy in the kingdom of fools. He did not want to leave the place because the most important thing for him was food. And in the kingdom of the fools the food was very cheap and good.So he decided to stay in the kingdom of fools.
It eventually turned out to,be a very foolish idea because he eats much and became fatty overfed sacred bull.

Q- 4 Name all the people who are tried in the king's court, and give the reasons for their trial.
Ans- The reason for the trial that ensued in kings court was that, a robber had died under a weak wall, that had collapsed while he was pursuing his ancient trade.

The people who were tried were the merchant whose house was being burgled, he blamed the mason. Mason blamed the dancing girl who distracted him. The dancing girl blamed the Goldsmith for not finishing her order. Then goldsmith said that because of merchant' s father he could not give her jewellary  on time.After inquiring the only merchant was blamed. He was summoned again, he claimed that it was the only the fault of his father not his.He was condemned to death anyway.

Q-5 Who is the real culprit according to the king ? Why does he escape punishment ?
Ans- The king consulted his minister and concluded that the real culprit was the merchant. The king sentenced him to death. A new  stake was ordered to be  made.
The minister observed that the stake was too big for the merchant who was very thin. Then the king stalled the execution of the merchant.
Thus , the merchant escaped punishment

Q- 6 What are the guru's words of wisdom ?  When does the disciple remember them ?
Ans- The words of his guru, "  This is a city of fools . You don't know what they  will do to  you next". He advised his disciple to accompany him out of the foolish kingdom.
The disciple remembered them when the servants spotted the disciple who had fattened himself by feasting on bananas, rice , wheat and ghee. The kings servants hauled him towards the stake.He cried loudly, but it  was of no avail.
